March 7 also a weather make-up day
Thanks to a dose of wintry weather that prompted a school closing Jan. 22, Fayette County Public School students will now attend school on Friday, March 7.
This is in addition to the Friday, Feb. 15 weather make-up date for students and staff.
Both dates previously were scheduled as a “No School” day for kids, but they also were set aside as possible weather make-up days.
